    Love our service? Share it and watch your invoices shrink. Our referral program rewards you for supporting other businesses in ensuring their compliance, with simple rules and impactful benefits.

    Who can participate

    • Open exclusively to existing business customers.
    • You can refer as many new companies as you like.

    What you earn

    • For every new customer who names your customer number as the referrer at sign-up, you receive 20% of the net amount of their first paid invoice as a credit.
    • Your credits accumulate as a budget on your account and are automatically applied to future invoices.
    • Keep referring: your budget can reduce invoices down to €0. Any remaining balance rolls over to the next invoice. Credits cannot be paid out in cash or applied beyond invoiced amounts.
    • If you are no longer an active customer when credits would be applied, any remaining balance expires.

    How it works step by step

    • Share your customer number with the company you're referring.
    • They enter that customer number as the referrer during sign-up.
    • Once we receive their first payment, we notify you and credit your account.
    • Your credit is automatically applied to your next invoice. If the credit exceeds that invoice, the remainder carries forward.

    Fair use and eligibility

    • Referrals must come from existing business customers. Your employees may also refer other companies; all credits are posted to your active company account at Conformitas.
    • If the named customer number is not registered at Conformitas, the commission cannot be granted.
    • No self-referrals, reciprocal referral chains, or artificial setups. Abuse may lead to immediate suspension and termination of affected accounts.
    • No minimum amounts and no industry restrictions.
    • We may discontinue the program at any time. Credits already earned remain valid and do not expire.
    • If a referred customer fails to pay or cancels for reasons attributable to them, the related credit may be revoked.

    Data protection

    • We use only the created customer number for your company to validate referrals. No additional data is transmitted.
    • Because referrals are initiated by you, no additional data protection measures are required.
    • You are responsible for the correct use of your customer number when making referrals.

    Tax information

    • Compensation is provided exclusively as account credit/invoice reduction; no cash payouts.
    • Generally, this does not create additional tax obligations, as credits are applied only against invoices and are not a cash-equivalent benefit.
